This patient first came in at the beginning of 2018. She has used straighteners and weaves throughout her life, and after giving birth several years ago, she noticed more hair loss. I did a biopsy to rule a scarring alopecia, and the pathology report came back as androgenetic alopecia with traction, which opened up her treatment options. She chose to move forward with a Capillus laser cap. In the spring of 2020, she came back in concerned about more hair loss, and by this time, I had more treatment options than in 2018. We moved forward with exosome treatment injections in August 2020.
Low Level Laser Therapy, Exosome Treatment
These pictures, taken just three months after her exosome treatment, look VERY promising. New growth is starting to show, and this patient is very excited. She has had excellent results, which should continue to improve, so we will keep tracking her progress.
