This patient has a history of PCOS and came to see me concerned about thinning hair. We discussed all of her options, and she decided to proceed with a hair transplant. My initial calculation and recommendation was as many as 4500 grafts, but she decided on a little less density at 3800 grafts. The procedure, which included our plasma hair follicle regeneration treatment, was done with the FUT technique. In the photos, you can see the scar that was left. (Her healing was excellent, making this scar hard to find.)
