This patient had a two-year history of hair loss, she developed an intolerance to gluten and dairy, had a thyroidectomy, and her thyroid hormones were regulated. I did a biopsy to rule out LPP (Lichen planopilaris). Her pathology report from the biopsy showed androgenetic alopecia, which opened up her treatment possibilities. We discussed her options (she is now a candidate for a transplant), and with her intolerance to various medications and topical treatments, she elected to proceed with our treatment "Hair Follicle Regeneration PLUS" as well as topical finasteride (Formula 82F).
