This patient wanted to enhance the fullness of his mustache and goatee. We performed a 980-graft FUE procedure. While beard hair is typically used for beard restoration, his beard donor area was limited, so the grafts were harvested from behind his right ear instead. All grafts were soaked in exosomes prior to placement to support healing and growth.
