This patient underwent a 3,000-graft FUT procedure to restore his temporal recessions and strengthen density through the mid-scalp. Double grafts were placed strategically to rebuild the temporal areas and enhance fullness in the mid-frontal region. All grafts were soaked in growth factors prior to placement, and he has completed four additional growth-factor treatments since the procedure.
