This patient had undergone two previous hair transplants at a different facililty before coming to see me. He still needed additional coverage across the top of his scalp and into the crown, so we planned a 6,000-graft FUE procedure using both scalp (4000 grafts) and beard (2000) grafts, completed over two days. To optimize the scalp for the best possible outcome, we performed three Alma TED sessions with growth factors during the three months leading up to his transplant. During the procedure, double grafts were strategically placed throughout the crown for enhanced density. He then returned for three additional growth-factor treatments after the transplant.
