When this patient came to see me, he was not happy with his temporal recession and the thinning of his frontal region. I planned an initial transplant of 3018 grafts. The patient chose the FUT technique, and I placed the follicles at 40 per sq cm in the temporal recession and then placed the rest at 35-40 per sq cm in the front region. I included our "Hair Follicle Regeneration" treatment with the transplant procedure. After six months, the patient came in for a follow-up, and he was pleased with the transplant but wanted more density. A second transplant was performed 15 months after the first, which consisted of 3042 grafts using the FUT technique. For this procedure, I placed the follicular density at 50 per sq cm in the temporal recession, and the rest of the grafts I spread throughout the front and mid-scalp at 35-40 per sq cm. For this transplant, our treatment "Hair Follicle Regeneration PLUS" was added.
